Shampoo gently, letting it rinse through the preconditioned extensions. After shampooing, apply a deep conditioner and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing with cool water. Follow your stylist's product recommendations to keep your extensions looking vibrant and healthy. Always follow the care instructions provided by your stylist or the extension manufacturer.

However, due to the subtle differences between shades, we recommend taking one of the following steps to avoid any confusion or mistakes:

On average, a full head of hair extensions can last anywhere from three to six months with proper care. With diligent maintenance and attention, this timeframe can even be extended. Taking great care of your extensions is key to maximizing their lifespan and ensuring they look their best for as long as possible.

After washing your wig, gently squeeze out excess water with a towel—avoid wringing or twisting the hair. To preserve the wig's original wave pattern, wrap the hair around rollers and allow it to air dry. Once dry, you can use a curling iron to restyle the wig according to your preference.
Caring for Wigs with Tighter Curls
For wigs with tighter curls, apply curl-defining products such as mousse or hair spray after washing to maintain and enhance the curls. These products help define the curls while providing hold and reducing frizz, ensuring your wig keeps its vibrant, curly appearance.
To ensure your wig remains tangle-free and maintains its shape, we recommend placing it on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use. This practice helps preserve the wig's form and prevents the fibers from becoming matted. Additionally, store your wig in a cool and dry environment to protect its quality and prolong its lifespan. Proper storage is key to keeping your wig looking its best for future wear.

Please be sure to know of the color that you are requesting, as some colors may not come out the same as pictures. Please also note that colors may change in tones, however, we try to match each color as closely as possible.
Please ensure to select the correct head circumference size and wig type when placing your order.
Kindly note that there are no refunds or exchanges available for custom-made wigs. We offer one adjustment free of cost.
While we strive to match requested colors as closely as possible, variations may occur, particularly for highlighted units.
Expect a maximum wait time of three weeks for custom units; however, we aim to complete each unit within 5 – 7 business days whenever possible.
