Our Color Chart is a good guide, but shades can look different from screen to screen. For the closest match, send us a photo or a small sample of your hair and we’ll find the best shade for you.We match colours as closely as possible, but slight variations can happen, especially on highlighted units.
We usually start on orders right away, so you can cancel within 7 hours of placing your order, as long as work hasn’t started yet.Need to change something? Contact us as soon as possible at info@pettiswigs.com or on WhatsApp at (226) 920-9752. Once a custom unit is in production, changes may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-ship wigs, bundles, closures, frontals and accessories usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after your order ships and express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends or holidays.Shipping is free on orders over $500 CAD. Otherwise, the cost is shown at checkout. Local pickup in Erin, Ontario, and local delivery in Erin and surrounding areas are also available. Email info@pettiswigs.com to arrange pickup or delivery. We ship worldwide, and international orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. Orders to the USA may also be charged US import duties on Canadian-made goods, including wigs. These are not included in our prices and are usually collected by the carrier at delivery. Custom-made wigs are final sale, and each one includes one free adjustment. Ready-to-ship items can be exchanged within 3 business days of delivery if they’re unused and in their original sealed packaging. We don’t offer refunds, and for hygiene reasons, opened or worn hair can’t be exchanged.If we ever send the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping. Detangle gently from the roots to the ends before washing. Wash in lukewarm water with a mild, sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, then pat dry with a towel and let it air-dry.For body wave or loose wave styles, set the wig on rollers while it dries. For tighter curls, refresh with a light curl mousse. Always use a heat protector before heat styling. See our Hair Care Tips page for more.
To ensure your wig remains tangle-free and maintains its shape, we recommend placing it on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use. This practice helps preserve the wig's form and prevents the fibers from becoming matted. Additionally, store your wig in a cool and dry environment to protect its quality and prolong its lifespan. Proper storage is key to keeping your wig looking its best for future wear.
